All shipping costs (purchases and returns)are the responsibility of the purchaser. There are NO refunds by cash, credit card, electronic check or any other means. Exchanges will be made within 10 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise only if the merchandise is in original condition. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns, exchanges or otherwise. No exceptions. The restocking fee will not apply to merchandise damaged in shipping. Please see Conditions of Use.

We require a RA (Return Authorization) number before any merchandise may be returned or exchanged. Contact us for this RA number at info@getgreatart.com. Website Credits may be placed on your account and may take up to two (2) weeks.
